There is a new software that has to do with flip video. This 30 minute video is easily plugged into the computer and can eaisly be downloaded for postings on such places as YouTube or Grouper. This cheap and easy movie is great for quick videos and information to give and receive. There are no cables necessary for pluggining into the computer, because the U.S.B. drive flips up from the side of the computer.
For all the couch potatoes out there, this is a great article to read. Individuals are finding it easier to bring the internet to the television. Technology is making it easier for the broadcasting world to quickly evolve. This is absolutely obsurd! People are becoming so lazy! The old fashioned "sending a letter" are getting drowned out to sending e-mails. This is certainly a factor as to why individuals are gaining weight! Technology is not always a good thing, people are not interacting naturally. Interaction is not as personal as it once was.

Internet Giants Vs. Web Ad Firms

Advertising on the internet through different major websites is becoming more impressive and beneficial. Buying the rights for those spots has become extremely expensive, ranging in the billions of dollars. It is a hell of a lot more expensive that advertising on the television, but it is more useful and beneficial to advertise online. The point will get across quicker and easier. The majority of the population has easy access to popular websites which are used all the time. "This is about the opportunity."

Stalkers Vs. MySpace

Four individuals were discovered to lure individuals with a picture of a pretty woman on myspace.com, where in turn, the four individuals jumped the single person. Three of the individuals were siblings from Gardner, and the other from Orange. They are charging them withrobbery, burglary, and identity fraud. The victims were lured into the woods where the four held a handgun to the man's back, and then beat the crap out of him. Myspace.com makes it easy much easier for individuals to create fraud, especially identity fraud. Because of improving technology, creepers and stalkers are becoming readily available on the internet. The ways to stalk are practically becoming endless. MySpace should be abolished. It is becoming popular for any type of idividual to have access to. Internet crime should be more intensely punished.

MySpace VS Photobucket

If you are a frequent visitor to MySpace.com, they you more than likely are familiar with either how to post a video (through youtube.com or photobucket.com), or you know what one looks like. Clearly there is unauthorized commercial activity going on, and myspace is supposedly treating the users as a commodity. The CEO of Photobucket.com, is pissed because he believes that myspace.com is taking away users choice of freedom of self-expression. Many of the movies come from photobucket.com...and because of the ban, the CEO is possibly only upset because HIS company, (one of the leading sites on the interent, but not directly used as much) will be losing much of their freedom of self-expression through myspace. MySpace has all the right in the world. It is their site, and they can run it how they choose. If individuals would like to market themselves through it, they they should work out a deal. All people want is money, and because these two sites are hot commodities, clearly making money, they just want more.

iTunes Movies VS DVDs

Movies have become more and more popular on the internet. We can thank youtube.com mainly in part for that. But copy righted movies are also up and coming through Apple's iTunes Store. Large film studios are offering downloadable movies (with a catalog of over 500) to the online store. Such companies include MGM, Walkt Disney, Paramount Pictures, and Lionsgate Entertainment. This, I belive is one step closer to eliminating illegal downloading through the internet, but at the same time, it makes no sense to me. People most often buy movies for the sake of having the case along with it. For instance, I don't think I would buy a strictly downloaded version of Sex and the City to keep without the cover. It's kind of like an episode of there where Carrie goes to a party and is asked to take off her shoes before she comes in. Her response is, "But this is an outfit". It's part of a whole. It is part of what makes movies like The Godfather or Scarface a classic. Music is different, because there is so much more of it, and also the size is extensively smaller than movie files.

Web VS Murder

I work at a bar. I could not imagine what it would be like if my most favorite game was not around. It is called Big Buck Hunter. You playing against the program or another player to shoot the bucks and move on to the next round. The person with the best accuracy and most hit wins. That's all it is. I don't like guns and would never pick up a real one. Video game hunting and literal hunting are two totally different ideas. The click of the mouse is not much different. Individuals play video games that kill people all the time. This article is completely ludacris. There is no way that any individual would be able to prevent game makers not to make a fire arm game. Sports games and war games are the most frequently played games. There is no way that can be stopped.

Magic VS Internet

Roy Raphaeli is an up and coming magician. He creates video clips of all his magic tricks, and posts then online on Metacafe. From when his first video was published, he has accumulated over $13,000. His videos have been viewed over 1.4 million times. Many companies are "rewarding creativity". As more people go to a site, a pop up will come up. Every time an individual clicks on the pop up, the creators receive money. The creator of the original film usually receives money based on the amount of people that go to the site. In Roy's case, he is making more money putting his trick online than he would if he were to make a DVD. Basically this just shows how much potential there is for up and coming producers etc. Pre-professional video productionists.
Not everyone can achieve what Roy has. It is all about the audience, and how many viewers they can get. Marketing on myspace or facebook helps. There are other means on going about it.

Google VS Copyright

Google apparently had links to Belgian newspaper articles without permission. Brussles is asking for a rediculas amout of money each day it displayed the links. They are asking for $32,600 (per day)! Originally they were asking for close3 to $1 million euros per day, which turns out to be approximately $1,304,000 per day!
Copiepresse is the group that brought about this complaint containing all the copyright issues. Apparently they needed permission through yahoo to stop displaying the information. It is true though, how should google be able to display information that is not copyrighted? The company Google makes a profit off of every view to the site. They are basically taking something that isn't their's. But, at the same time, Google is one of the best search engines, and it would not be in a company's best interest to negotiate a deal with the rising web site. Bottom line, these two companies should settle outside of the courts, and I think it would be in the Belgian articles best interest to work something out. Google more than likely is bringing them profit, and without it, there could quite possibly be a decline in their sales and services.

Myspace VS Video Clips

To officially block unauthorize video clips and music from MySpace, the News Corporation is offering free software to companies to prevent this. With digital files, videos and music can be bloked through databases. To protect copyrights for individuals and companies, it has been difficult to maneuver around the fact that the internet is a free marketing tool to show what they can do.
This balancing act will never cease to exist. The internet and technology is always improving along side intelligence. No matter how hard companies attempt to block the illegal downloading of music and movies, individuals will do everything in their power to walk around the system.
This whole process is about people making money. People get paid to present free clips and songs, while at the same time, people trying to abolish uncopyrighted information are getting paid well. This process will never end, and if for whatever reason it did, hundreds of jobs would be lost along the way.

Apple VS The Beatles

"Lovely Rita meter maid. Nothing can come between us, When it gets dark I tow your heart away." Lovely Rita was the song playing for the introduction and demonstration of the new Apple iPhone. Not only that, the background display were former Beatle album covers. Many individuals have an appreciation for the group and/or their music, but there are there are many curves when it comes to downloading the music between two Apple Companies.
The maker of the iPod, is known as Apple Inc., yet it is also the guardian of Beatle music interests. Apple Inc just recently took up the rihts and trademarks of everything that relates to Apple. This includes Apple Corps Ltd, a company that was founded by the Beatles in the 60's.
Question is, because of the agreement, is iTunes going to allow licensing abilities for Beatle music downloading, and make it unavailable on other downloadable music services?
The original agreement was made by the former beatles (Yoko Ono took charge of John Lennon's part because of his untimely death), dead set on making sure Apple Corps did not use the apple logo in the music business. Things changed beginning in 2003 when Apple dropped "Computer" from their logo.
A judge ruded that all this being part of the Apple family, the company in all rights have the ability to make use of the logo. To me this is absolutely rediculas. If a large part of Apple name was founded by the Beatles, they sound have higher rights when it comes to decisions made within the company. If they do not wish to release their music and their art on certain levels then their word should be heard.
